    Description

    Antique The Bon Ton Needle Case published by the London Needle Company, New York NY, patented February 2, 1896. Needle case was compliments of the big drug store Christie Drug Co. The drug store was located at corner 5th and Hampshire Streets, Quincy, Illinois. Also with caption "Our ice cream soda water is the best in the world" and "Electrocine tablets will cure any headache in ten minutes."  Inside front cover has calendars from July-December 1897 and January-June 1898. Case not complete with only 7 of the 10 needles present at top of page and only 7 Gold Eyd' Needles at bottom. Do not know the total number of needles needed to be complete. Measures approximately 3.75" x 5.25".
