It accommodates 6 different size needles.
The clever design allows you to turn the pin on one end to allow the needle you desire to gently fall out.
The front Reads: Needle Case Trade Mc Registered, Souvenir of Chicago art 3007  #11
The back reads: Turn the Stroke on the Required Number and Shake out the Needle, Made in Germany.
Around the top the numbers 4,5,6,7,8 & 10 indicate the needle size.
It is in excellent condition, without chips or cracks.
This is such a fun piece.
